I wondered if anyone on the list could tell me the fate of the volume to 
have been titled _The Status of Economics. Essays by John Hicks_  It 
appeared in Blackwell's catalogue of 1995 and was to have appeared in 
August 1995. Blackwell's distributors know nothing of the title which 
appears as "out of stock/cancelled" in their computers.  Does anyone know 
of the fate of this volume?
