===================== HES POSTING =====================

* Forwarded by Esther-Mirjam Sent for Loes van Dijk <[log in to unmask]>. *

This is to inform you about the Autumn 1997 programme of the Erasmus
Seminar in Philosophy and Economics. The seminar will now start its fifth
semester. Together with the Erasmus Institute for Philosophy and Economics
and its PhD Programme, it constitutes an integral part of the composite
activity in the field at Erasmus. (Incidentally, you may want to visit the
web site of EIPE: http://www.eur.nl/fw/philecon/)

The papers will be circulated in advance to those who are going to attend
so that the time taken by the presentation can be kept to a minimum and
most of the session can be devoted to an exchange of critical arguments. To
make this possible, we ask you to inform Loes van Dijk
<[log in to unmask]> about those gatherings that you will attend.

We would like to ask you to forward this information to those of your
colleagues and students who might be interested in the seminar and in being
put in the mailing list. We also welcome suggestions for speakers (such as
foreign specialists visiting the country or its vicinity) and topics and
debates.

You are most welcome to participate in the seminar. We find your
participation of great importance for the success of this ambitious
endeavour.
