Dear List serv Members:

Judging from the replies I have received so far, I did not compose my query
appropriately.
So, here we go again. The information I am looking for:

Who is using Electronic Document Management System ?
What is your experience with the software you are using?

In other words, what I am looking for is a software, where a document can be
registered at the time of it's inception and (once the programming is done)
the user would know about the whole lifecycle of that document, until its
final disposal.

I hope I was a bit clearer this time.
