The Board of Directors of the Archives Association of Ontario 
regretfully announces the resignation of AAO President Marc Lerman.

Mr. Lerman's resignation is effective as of today, May 1 2009.  As 
dictated in clause 4.3 of the AAO Constitution, Vice President 
Heather McCafferty-Leger is now Acting President.  Despite this 
unexpected change in leadership, all services remain available to our 
members per usual.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Lerman for his hard work and 
leadership during his time with the Archives Association of Ontario.
