This may be of interest to some on the list. Forwarded from H-Ideas by
Ross Emmett.
Various H-Net lists may be interested in a long-running discussion on
postmodern theory and history that has been appearing on H-German since
early August. It began as a reaction to two articles in the May 1995
issue of the _German Studies Review_ and has continued by discussing
postmodern theory as applied both to history in general and to Germany in
particular. The issues involved apply to many different geographical and
thematic interests, and interested parties may wish to access the
discussion. It might be of special interest for graduate students
interested in historiography.
