To Susan's question concerning who the leading Twain scholars are, I
would want to add the names of Jim Wilson, who co-edited the recently
released _Mark Twain Encyclopedia_ and is at work on a book about MT
and Religion, and Vic Doyno at SUNY Buffalo, who is feverishly at
work on the first half of the original ms. of Huck Finn. Jim Wilson
was presented the Henry Nash Smith award at the recent Twain conference
in Elmira.
