Philippines" WWW page is already up.  It contains "To the Person
Sitting in Darkness" and "A Defence of General Funston" by Mark Twain
and my articles, "Mark Twain's Involvement with the Anti-Imperialist
League" and "Mark Twain, William Dean Howells and the
Anti-Imperialist League, 1899-1920."  The address is:
