Tangential to this question. Does anyone know if there are any surviving
copies of the salesman promo versions of the books published by CW. The
salesmen were apparently given abbreviated advance copies of the books to
show potential customers as they sold them door to door. I've never seen or
heard of any of them being on display at any of the MT historical sites.
