I prefer not to give a very precise definition of economics. Definitions  
can easily become contraints. I want to retain the option of straying  
into philosophy, politics, history, sociology, anthropology, etc. to  
explain a point. To do otherwise is to accept unwittingly a particular  
philosophy, etc.
