Cyril Clemens would probably have loved all the attention that
Chicago Republican Letter "discovery" is getting.  Not only did he
reprint it in 1941 in a book titled REPUBLICAN LETTERS -- there
were at least two additional reprintings of it in 1970 and 1979.
