Thanks to Beverly David for clarifying illustrators for the first
edition of _The Gilded Age_.  The only case I could remember of
True Williams' and F.O.C. Darley's works appearing in the same volume
is John Gough's _Platform Echoes_ of 1884.  I, too, would be interested
in knowing which edition of _Gilded Age_ Darley had a hand in.
