Dear Group:

In speaking with a former professor, he informed me that someone dared to
"rewrite Huck Finn", removing Nigger, and replacing it with Negro.  Now that
the copyright has expired, or at least I think it has, is someone permitted
to do this?  Who did it and have you seen it?  This professor is going to
track down his copy, try to make me a copy, and send it to me.  I think that
great book would loose its original flavor and color.
Can't imagine it!
