I am a relative newcomer to this list and am writing an article about a
19th-century periodical. I would like to include some mention of
Connecticut Yankee in the context of Hank Morgan's posture towards
technology, but I am having some difficulty sifting through the mass of
Twain scholarship. Can anyone recommend a few of the definitive works on
this novel or point me towards scholars whose interestss focus on this work?

Thanks--
