The _Library of American Literature_ has been described as the "albatross"
of Clemens's Webster publishing company that helped drive it into
bankruptcy.  Clemens discusses it briefly in his _Autobiography_ and
mentions an unnamed Cincinatti publisher who also went bankrupt with this
effort?  Are there any reviews available for this collection?  And any ideas
who the Cincinatti fatality may have been?
