According to the editors of _Satires and Burlesques_, the publication of
_1,002d Arabian Night_ was frustrated by the loss of 131 grotesque
illustrations that Clemens himself drew to accompany the story.   Have those
illustrations ever surfaced?

Also-in _Mark Twain, Business Man_ mention is made of Clemens taking art
lessons in Hartford.  Is there any other information available on where or
who the art instructor may have been?
