As Shiyasan pointed out, The Japan MTA Website has posted no dates and
places of the coming conference.

But I think you can contact them by the EMAIL address posted there.

I don't recommend, however, cantacting by the Ashiya physical mail address,
because I've heard the professor who took charge there has moved to a
college in Kyoto.

The Website has links to other Websites of some members, too, one of which
has a message board.  Anyway, if you can contact an MT scholar living in
Kansai area, that one will take care of it at once.
