My ISP has consolidated its web services resulting in a new URL for
the Mark Twain on the Philippines section of the Anti-Imperialism in
the United States web site. The new URL is:

All other pages within the site (including William Dean Howells on
the Philippine-American War, The White Man's Burde and Its Critics,
Mr. Dooley on Imperialism, etc.) also have new URLs.  Links to
them can be easily corrected by changing the old "www.accinet.net" to
"home.ican.net".  Thanks in advance for updating any links you might
have to the site.  The more general Mark Twain site at The Mining Co.
is not effected by this change.
