Announcing the mailing-list PHILOFHI (PHILosophy OF HIstory 
and theoretical history). 
 
The list is open to all subjects and  information connected with 
philosophy  of history, theoretical history, and metahistory. We  focus 
mostly  on  philosophical understanding of history based on comparing and 
bridging different paradigms and the results  of  various  theoretical 
and empirical approaches, such as: 
 
       world-system analysis, 
       comparative  studies of civilizations, 
       macrosociology and  social  evolution, 
       theory and  history  of  geopolitics and general wars, 
       systemic and cybernetical approaches to historical 
       dynamics, 
       world history, global history, social history, 
       futures studies, global prognostics.
