The Austrian Economics Seminar for advanced graduate students and
junior faculty will be held this year at NYU on July 7-12, 1996.
Faculty for the seminar include:

Professor Mario Rizzo
Professor Roger Garrison
Professor Lawrence H. White
Professor Peter Boettke
Application Rules:
Space is limited to about 40 participants. Only persons who can
attend the entire seminar should apply. Successful applicants will
receive a fellowship to cover tuition, meals, lodging and study
materials. Participants, however, will be responsible for travel
expenses. Priority will be given to faculty members and graduate
students. Exceptionally well-qualified undergraduates are also
encouraged to apply. Write to Professor Peter Boettke explaining
your interest in the seminar.

You should include:
- current address and telephone number and permanent address and
telephone number;
- letter of appllication (not more than 500 words) detailing why you
wish to attend and how you expect to benefit;
- curriculum vitae (faculty only);
- letter of recommendation: for students, letter from faculty
advisor; for faculty, letter from a colleague familiar with your
work; and;
- current transcript (students only).
NOTE: Your application cannot be considered unless you have included
every item on the list.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: If you apply by April 1, 1996, decision will be
made by April 15, 1996. If you apply by May 1, 1996, decision by May
15, 1996 (depending on availability of remaining places).
