Has anyone successfully had e-mail correspondence with the Center for
Mark Twain Studies in Elmira, NY? In their most recent _Dear Friends_
newsletter they ran a very nice announcement about the Forum, and they
also published their own e-mail address: [log in to unmask] This seems
to be a valid address, since I've sent a couple of messages, none of
which have been returned. However, I haven't received any replies.

Ordinarily in these circumstances I'd realize that I was being ignored
:-), but the fact that the Center has always answered my snail-mail
quite promptly suggests that maybe they haven't come fully on-line with
their e-mail account. I'd be grateful if somebody could pass on any
info about the Center's e-mail situation that I might not know about.

Regards,
Taylor
