With respect to Robertson in the 20s.

Harry Johnson was a student of Robertson, and his defender
against the slings and arrows of Robinsonians at `Cambridge in the
1950s'. You might try Johnson's IN THE SHADOW OF KEYNES, or his
ECONOMICS AND SOCIETY, (both University of Chicago Press, 1975). He
may not have written the paper, but he may have cited it. There are
Johnson bibliographies available.
