It is my sad duty to report that Hyman Minsky died this morning in Rhinebeck, 
New York, after a long illness.  I have no details, as yet, about the 
family's preferences for expressions of sympathy, nor of any plans for a 
funeral or memorial service.  I will not attempt to eulogize here; but I know 
that many on these lists would want to know of this sad news.  Please forward 
to others who might also be interested.
