A portion of the oral history forms the basis of an article by Earlene
Craver, "The Emigration of the Austrian Economists," HOPE 18, no. 1
(1986): 1-32. She and Leijonhufvud also published "Economics in America:
The Continental Influence" in HOPE 19, no. 2 (1987): 173-82.
