Dear colleague, 
 
University Press of the South, Inc., is willing to encourage scholars 
subscribed to HES to submit proposals for possible publication in our 
Series.  Each proposal must include a 2/3 page long presentation of the 
work, a short Vita, and the names of three scholars who are specialists in 
the field and who might comment on the work.  If we decide to work 
together, after a fair peer-review process by outside readers and our 
Editorial Board, your manuscript, prepared camera-ready according to our 
Author Guide (free on demand), will be published no later than four months 
after.  We are distributed by the best North-American distributors (Barnes 
and Noble, Yankee Book Peddler, Blackwell, Midwest, etc...) and abroad.  We 
consider and publish manuscripts written in English, French, and Spanish. I 
look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
