The September issue of _Town and Country_ features a photo of MT reprinted
from a 1902 issue of the magazine.  MT, pipe in hand, is pictured in a
reflective pose, and he appears to be standing at the edge of the lake.  The
editors do not know the location pictured, and I am not familiar with the
photo myself.

Perhaps someone can help them out?
