the notion that "it is in the interest of actors to CREATE disequilibirum 
to de-stablize stability, because there are advantages to be gained by 
doing so." RBE] 
 
That actors will create disturbances in order to profit from interstitial 
maladjustment is a central theme of Veblen's THEORY OF BUSINESS 
ENTERPRISE and of his sabotage argument generally.
