Le Conseil canadien pour la cooperation internationale est une coalition

d'integrite environnementale et de respect des droits de la personne. 
C'est au moyen du reseautage, de son leadership, de la diffusion de 
l'information, de la formation et de la coordination que le CCCI soutient le 
travail de ses membres et represente les interets qu'ils poursuivent aupres 
du gouvernement et ailleurs.

Les competences demandees comprennent l'engagement aux principes, aux 
valeurs et a la vision du CCCI; un minimum de cinq ans d'experience en 
finances et comptabilite; une attestation professionnelle est essentielle; 
un minimum de cinq ans d'experience en rssources humaines dans un milieu de 
travail syndique (y compris une experience en negociation de conventions 
collectives et d'administration; une attestation professionnelle constitue 
un atout; faire preuve d'excellentes aptitudes en organisation et 
administration de bureau; demontrer une grande habilete en relations 
interpersonnelles, y compris la capacite de conseiller, et faire preuve en 
tout temps de tact, de discretion et de bon jugement; avoir le sens de 
l'organisation et etablir l'ordre de priorite de nombreuses demandes et les 
traiter efficacement; demontrer une nette habilete a communiquer verbalement 
et par ecrit; maitriser les deux langues officielles a l'oral et a l'ecrit; 
privilegier le travail autonome, guider les membres de l'equipe ou 
collaborer avec eux; demontrer une competence en informatique, y compris les 
systemes de reseaux locaux, le traitement de texte, les logiciels 
gestionnaire de tableau et base de donnees; etre capable de depanner et de

The Canadian Council for International Cooperation is a coalition of

networking, leadership, information, training and coordination, and 
represents members' interests to government and others.

Position qualifications include commitment to CCIC's values, vision and 
directions; a minimum of five years' experience in financial/accounting; 
professional designation essential; a minimum of five years' human resources 
management experience in a unionized workplace including collective 
agreement bargaining/administration experience;  professional designation 
preferred; excellent office management, administrative and organizing 
skills; good interpersonal skills including counselling skills and the 
ability to exercise tact, discretion and judgment at all times; an organized 
approach with an ability to prioritize and handle effectively many demands; 
excellent communications skills, both oral and written; fluency in both 
French and English is essential; capacity to work in a self-directed manner 
and to provide leadership to or collaborate with others in a team situation; 
superior computer skills including familiarity with LAN systems, 
wordprocessing, spreadsheet and database software and an ability to
