I received a question via my web site on what may be an excerpt of
something Twain published: a visit to a souvenir shop in Italy where he
was shown a skull purported to have been that of Julius Caesar.
Rejecting that skull, the proprietor returned with a smaller skull.
He said it was from a younger Julius Caesar.

Is this familiar to anyone?
