I was very excited that the Coz got his due. His speech at the end was
brilliant, and Bill Russell makes everything better in general (Celtics
teams, awards named for Mark Twain). Did anybody else see a lack of
color in the shots of the audience that did not involve the balcony? Am
I crazy?

Also, Kevin, may I ask what edition was presented? Or by "custom
binding" was an edition made specifically for Bill Cosby?
