Records Management Assistant, Risk Management Services
Athabasca University, Athabasca, Alberta
This position will assist with the administrative and operational
rollout and implementation of the Institutional Records Management
program throughout the University. The incumbent will operate within
the provisions of established legislation and regulations as they apply
to the University, including the rules and regulations applicable to
Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy. The successful
candidate must have an office administration certificate plus two to
three years of related experience. Preference will be given to those
with a post-secondary degree or diploma in records management studies or
a certified records manager (CRM) designation. An equivalent
combination of education and experience may be considered. All
educational credentials must be recognized in Canada.

This temporary excluded appointment, located in Athabasca, AB, ending
March 31, 2009, is classified at a Range two with a current salary of
$33,544.37 to $53,108.39 per annum.
