Major Barrow,
I have the name of an artist. I will have to look it up tomorrow and forward it to you.
Did I sit beside you at the Privacy Workshop on Saturday?

Subject: Services of a Museum Artist
Thanks to a donor's generosity, here at the George Scott Railton Heritage
Centre Museum we plan to erect a display, costing several thousand dollars.
It is in honor of three world leaders of The Salvation Army who were
Canadians. All three were elected as General (the top post in the
106-country organization, in the last three decades).
We would like to discuss the display with an artist whom we would likely
contract to do the work for us.
Do you have any suggestions? Thank you for an anticipated positive
response.
Ira E. Barrow
