Hello Everyone,

In the July edition of Municipal World magazine there is an article by Anne Hepplewhite, Manager, Corporate Records and Archives Services for the Regional Municipality of Niagara, entitled "Establishing an Integrated Records Management and Archives Program". The article provides a great insight into the importance of and need for incorporating an integrated records management program at a municipal (or even a corporate) level.
