Due to a number of requests from individuals unable to meet the original due
date for Paper Proposals for the 2004 Annual Conference of the Archives
Association of Ontario, the call for papers has been amended as follows:

                The Archives Association of Ontario invites interested
individuals to submit
                proposals for papers or sessions for the 2004 Annual
Conference of the
                Archives Association of Ontario to be held in the Limestone
City of Kingston
                during 31 May  -  2 June, 2004.  The topic of the conference
will be "Access
                and Privacy in Archives", with Access to be considered in
the widest
                possible light (legislative, intellectual, physical etc) and
Privacy, one of the most
                important issues which affects access to our archival
holdings.

                Please submit your proposals by 17 November 2003 to: Daniel
