====================== HES POSTING ==================

I have had a request come into the HES "Ask the Professor" service for
information regarding Catholic economic thought during the time period of
the Jesuitic and Franciscan missions to the Americas (1682 - 1767). The
inquirer (an independent researcher) is also interested in any rules
regarding economic life in the missions.

Any contributions, including identification of sources, would be
appreciated.
