I am pleased to announce that the HES Nominating Committee for 2003-2004 
will be John Davis (Chair), Malcolm Rutherford, and Craufurd Goodwin. 
 
The Distinguished Fellow Committee for 2003-2004 will be Kevin Hoover 
(Chair), Daniel Hammond, and John Davis. 
 
[The Chair of the Nominating Committee and the Chair and membership of the 
Distinguished Fellow Committee are defined by the HES Constitution.]
