I think you will find (1) that the term "fallacy" has a technical meaning(s)   
that may not apply to your examples and (2) that very likely you will elicit   
opposite responses from list writers, some agreeing that X is a fallacy and   
some denying that X is a fallacy.  You need to think where both (1) and (2)   
leave you.  Also, something can be wrong without it be fallacious.
