I am in the process of preparing a short article on HET 
societies, journals, regular meetings, newsletters, etc. While I am 
aware of the relevant occurences in Europe, North America, Japan and 
Australia/New Zealand, I would be interested in finding out about any 
relevant groups, newsletters, email lists, or regular meetings in 
eastern Europe, Latin America, South Africa, Middle East, or Asia. 
 
I expect others on this list would be interested in this information also, 
so feel free to post responses here.
