I have had a request through the EH.Net Ask the Professor service for  
information regarding Maurice Dobb's definition of, and perspective  
on, capitalism. While I am familiar with _Theories of value and  
distribution since Adam Smith_, I am not as familiar with Dobb's other  
work. Could anyone suggest where I might best direct this grad  
student? I would appreciate references both to his work and to critical  
commentary.
