================= HES POSTING =================

Colleagues: A graduate student has asked me whether there are any
studies in the history of economic thought literature of the refereeing
process for professional journals. Aside from the Leamer or Leroy
JMCB type material on empirical work, I am not aware of any such
studies. I told the student I would query HES, hence this message.
Reply to list, or to my e-mail address if of insufficient general
interest, and I will extract and repost to list.
