Please excuse cross posting.

Maintenance people brought to the archive an oil landscape painting, which they found in a
storage room.
It is very dusty and the canvas part of the frame has smudged fingerprints.
Not a well known painter.

How can I clean this? Any suggestions?
Does anyone know professionals in the Toronto area?

I realize the question is not exactly "archival", but there are too many knowledgeable people out there to pass up.
