THE INFORMATION AUDIT
Dates: Mon. & Tues, Nov. 29 - 30, 2004, 9 am - 4 pm

Fee: $495
The information audit is an important management tool that answers
questions about organization?wide information processes. It assists an
organization in evaluating current information needs, the effectiveness
of existing information sources and information distribution, and
identifies information management objectives, information gaps and
inconsistencies, new information sources and possible changes to an
existing information system. On completing this workshop, participants
will understand the scope and critical issues in an organization?wide
information audit, know the steps entailed in an organization?wide
information audit, and have specific methodologies/instruments from
which to select for use in their own organization.
