I have had a request through the HES Ask the Professor service for  
information regarding Henry Martyn, a seventeenth century English  
economist, who wrote an article in 1701 on economic liberalization in   
relation to the East-West Company. 
 
I know only what Blaug's Who's Who in Economics tells me, and  
wonder if others on the list can point toward more recent literature on  
Martyn.
