As a result of decisions reached at the Annual General Meeting,
June 10, 2000, I am pleased to offer the following report.

There are nine elected members on the AAO Board of Directors
at this time:

Mary Charles, London Life Insurance Company Archives
Paul Henry, National Archives of Canada
Sian Madsen, Hudson's Bay Company Archives
Margaret McIntyre, Archives Of Ontario
Lynne Prunskus, Brock University Archives
Theresa Regnier, University of Western Ontario, J. J. Talman Regional
Collection
Dan Zelenyj, City of Vaughan Archives

In order to regroup and establish our direction after the flurry of
activity at
the Annual Conference at Trent University in Peterborough this past week, the
Board will enjoy some down time before meeting again.

The next meeting of the Board will be held at 9:30 a.m., Friday, July 21,
2000,
at the Archdiocese of Toronto, Catholic Pastoral Centre, Nora Watson Board
Room,
Floor 4, 1155 Yonge Street, Toronto, M4T 1W2.

The first order of business will be the assignment of portfolios.
