Dudley Dillard has a brief bio of J.N. Keynes in the International  
ecyclopedia of the Social Sciences.  He cites a 1950 book by Florence  
Keynes that is a family biography.  I can't resist mentioning Milton  
Friedman's reference to JNK's "admirable book on The Scope and  
Method..." in the first sentence of "The Methodology of Positive  
Economics."
