----------------- HES POSTING -----------------

Medieval Muslim scholars were very aware of the notions of
demand and supply.Numerous medieval Arab and Persian
(i.e.,Iranian) philosophers, jurists, and authors of the books of
counsel wrote on the way demand and supply worked in their
mercantile society..For this you can consult my essays
(HOPE,1995,in Moss' 1996 book on Schumpeter,and HOPE
1998),you could also check the works of Professor Ghazanfar ,and
the essays he wrote in collaboration with Professor Ishahi. Essays
by Professor Essid too can be helpful.
