A New Online Forum Discussion of Early American Economy and Society 
 
The Library Company of Philadelphia's Program in Early American  
Economy and Society is pleased to announce a new online forum  
discussion of the papers presented to its regular seminars.  The forum  
offers an ideal opportunity for scholars unable to attend the Program's  
seminars to engage the presenters and each other by exchanging views  
and ideas.   
 
The forum may be reached through the Library Company's Web site,  
www.librarycompany.org, and following the links to the Program in  
Early American Economy and Society. Participants will need to register  
and be verified with the site administrator, Program Director Cathy  
Matson, a process that takes about one day before participants will be  
able to post messages.   
 
We hope that many of you will join us in what promises to extend  
discussion and stimulate intellectual exchange regarding early American  
economy and society.
