Fellow AAO colleagues:

Once again, I need your help.  I'd like to compile current budget
statements from archival programs.  Preferably, I'd like to receive these
in hard copy form rather than in summary via an e-mail message.  Much of
the budget information I have is rather dated.  Up to date figures are
important in making pitches for new programs.  I often get asked:  "How
much is this going to cost?"  The ability to reference other models is
essential in answering this question.

In general, please keep me in mind when it comes to samples of forms,
policies, procedures and the like from your institution.  I am often
dealing with organizations who are starting from scratch in developing a
program.    Samples help to support my recommendations.  So think of me
when you create that donor form, write that disaster plan or develop that
policy on scanning!  Regards,
