PROJECT ARCHIVIST
Archival Holdings Relocation

$1,018.98-$1,140 per week

Management Board Secretariat, Archives of Ontario requires a
project-oriented archival/records management individual.  Reporting to the
Project Lead, Archival Holdings Relocation, you will troubleshoot among data
entry teams, identifying and resolving archival records relocation issues
with Project Lead and Portfolio Archivists.  You will train, set priorities
on complex, technical subject matter and logistics to project staff; monitor
quality of data entry; make recommendations on data-entry problems; meet
project deadlines.

Qualifications:  Demonstrated knowledge of archival/records management,
F.O.I./Privacy, Copyright Act, and related legislation and regulations
governing recorded information; well developed analytical, negotiation,
communication skills with team leadership/project management experience in a
software implementation environment.
