I hope this email finds you well.

I am working part time helping run a program for seniors in Richmond Hill, to help them get active and back into community after this COVID season, and we are looking for volunteers for the summer.

I was wondering if you would give me permission to post something, or maybe if I send you an email with the poster if you could add it to your newsletter you send to us?

I don't know if this is something you do, but thought I would ask.
