  *   WORKSHOPS: Our January workshop calendar<https://www.yorku.ca/scld/learning-skills/workshops/> features topics such as Secrets of Academic Success and Time Management to help students kick off the winter term.

  *   New: The Atkinson Centre for Mature and Part-time Students (ACMAPS), in collaboration with Learning Commons, Learning Skills Services and York International, are excited to present a new series of workshops for Transfer Students. Learn more from ACMAPS<https://acmaps.info.yorku.ca/events/>.

  *   APPOINTMENTS: Students can meet individually with a Learning Skills Peer by booking a Peer Academic Coaching<https://www.yorku.ca/scld/learning-skills/appointment/> appointment.
